These Terms & Conditions apply to the use and booking of meeting rooms, hot desks and other workspace services provided by EPC Business Hub (“EPC Business Hub”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By making a booking, accessing our premises or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, booking system or through direct contact with EPC Business Hub.
A booking is confirmed once:
the requested date and time are available;
the required booking information has been provided;
and payment has been successfully processed where online payment is required.
EPC Business Hub reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where there is a legitimate business, safety, operational or availability reason.

The services available through EPC Business Hub may include:
Premium Meeting Room
Morning Half Day: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Afternoon Half Day: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Full Day: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Hot Desk
Morning Half Day: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Afternoon Half Day: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Full Day: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Available services, prices, facilities and booking times may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
Pricing and Payment
ll prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Where online payment is available, payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making an online payment, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. EPC Business Hub does not ordinarily store complete payment card details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. Any applicable taxes, fees or charges will be displayed during the booking process where required.
Arrival and Use of the Space
Customers must use the booked space only during the confirmed booking period. Customers must: arrive within their booked period; vacate the space promptly at the end of the booking; use furniture, equipment and facilities appropriately; keep the workspace clean and tidy; respect other customers and occupants; and comply with reasonable directions from EPC Business Hub staff. Customers must not use the premises for unlawful, dangerous, offensive or disruptive activities.
Capacity
Customers must not exceed the stated capacity of the booked space. The Premium Meeting Room has a maximum capacity of eight (8). Hot desk availability is subject to the number of desks available at the time of booking. Additional people may only use a booked space where permitted by EPC Business Hub.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be determined by the policy displayed during the booking process. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking: cancellations requested [insert number] hours/days before the booking may be eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations after this period may be non-refundable; rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability; and any applicable difference in price may be payable when rescheduling. Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Late Arrival and No-Show
A late arrival does not automatically extend the booking period. If a customer arrives late, the booking will generally still end at the originally confirmed end time. If a customer does not attend a booking (“no-show”), the booking may be treated as used and may not be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable consumer rights and any cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
Damage, Loss and Misuse
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the premises, furniture, equipment and facilities. A customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with damage caused by the customer or by people attending under their booking, where permitted by law. Customers should take care of their personal belongings. EPC Business Hub is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property except to the extent required by law.
Internet and Technology
Where Wi-Fi, internet access, screens, power outlets or other technology are provided, these are provided for reasonable business use. EPC Business Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted internet or technology availability and is not responsible for temporary outages or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Customers must not use our internet or technology services for unlawful activities or to access, transmit or store unlawful, offensive or harmful material.
Business Address and Mail
Use of EPC Business Hub facilities does not automatically provide a customer with the right to represent the premises as its registered office, principal place of business or mailing address. Any use of the EPC Business Hub address for business registration, mail handling or other purposes must be separately agreed with EPC Business Hub.
Prohibited Activities
Customers must not:
engage in unlawful activities;
damage or interfere with the premises;
create unreasonable noise or disruption;
bring dangerous or prohibited substances onto the premises;
interfere with building security or safety systems;
use the premises for activities that create unreasonable risk;
or permit another person to use a booking without appropriate authorisation.
EPC Business Hub may end a booking where necessary to protect people, property or the operation of the business.
Health, Safety and Emergency Requirements
Customers must follow reasonable health, safety and emergency instructions. In an emergency, customers must follow evacuation instructions and leave the premises as directed.
Changes to Services
EPC Business Hub may modify its services, facilities, prices, operating hours and availability from time to time. Changes will not affect a confirmed booking unless reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or where an alternative arrangement is agreed with the customer.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPC Business Hub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious building issues, utility failures, government restrictions, emergencies or other unforeseen events. Where reasonably possible, EPC Business Hub will work with affected customers to reschedule a booking or provide an appropriate alternative.
Privacy
Personal information collected through bookings, enquiries and use of our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content on the EPC Business Hub website, including text, branding, graphics, photographs and logos, is owned by or licensed to EPC Business Hub and must not be reproduced without permission.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable Australian law. Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian law and the jurisdiction of the relevant South Australian courts and tribunals.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
